Surrey have had a phenomenal campaign, topping the South Group with 11 wins from 14 games. They should put Northants away easily after they came fourth in the North group (eight wins, six defeats.

Sussex chased superbly and were on course for the win before Sam Curran (4/18) ripped through their middle-order to secure the win.

Surrey have been hit by injuries and international duties to overseas stars Mitchell Santner, Adam Zampa and Nathan Smith. They will also have to make do without England trio Will Jacks, Jamie Overton and Jamie Smith, who are in the England Squad to play South Africa in the ODI series that starts on Tuesday.

Northants Form

Northants suffered their sixth defeat in eight matches when they lost to Durham by nine wickets.

Northants' top order hit their stride to reach 203/5 off their 20 overs. Matthew Breetzke (52 off 35) and David Willey (63 off 32) starred with the bat for Northants.

Durham raced to the win for the loss of just one wicket off 16.3 overs. Luke Procter (1/27) was the pick of the Northants bowlers.
