In the 4th T20I, Ireland once again batted first. Paul Stirling backed up his century from the last match with 39 runs. Opening partner, Kevin O’Brien top scored on 47 runs in a total of 174 in 20 overs.
Mark Adair then secured a comfortable victory, taking 4-23 in his four overs. Zimbabwe could only reach 110 runs in their 20 overs which saw Ireland win by 64 runs.

Ireland shouldn’t change too much. They have the World Cup in mind rather than giving youngsters the opportunity to shine.
Zimbabwe will be disappointed with how this series has gone. They won the first match and then came very close in the second, but have fallen away in the last two.
Wellington Masakadza was the pick of the visiting bowlers with figures of 2-22 in four overs after Zimbabwe had to bowl first. There were however too many expensive overs from the other bowlers which allowed Ireland to score 174 runs.
Craig Ervine scored 28 runs in the chase but Zimbabwe could only reach 110 runs. Luke Jongwe (24) was the only batsman to surpass the 20-run mark.
