Zimbabwe last played T20 cricket in February 2025 when they welcomed Ireland. Since then, they have mainly played Test cricket.

During that three-match series against Ireland, the first and third match was rained out and no result was possible. In the second T20I, Zimbabwe successfully chased down 137 runs to win by three wickets.

South Africa Form

South Africa have played no T20 cricket in 2025 with their last T20 match taking place in December 2024.

The Proteas won that T20 series against Pakistan with the third game of the series rained out. In the second game, South Africa chased down 206 runs to win by seven wickets.

Since then, the Proteas have played ODI cricket, most notably the ICC Champions Trophy where they reached the semi-finals before losing to New Zealand.
