Eleven of the world's top twenty-five golfers converge to challenge for the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open this weekend.
With such a competitive line-up for the latest round of the PGA tour, we have picked some value bets for this weekend.
Abraham Ancer
Abraham Ancer has had an impressive last seven tournaments, racking up a win and three top-ten finishes.
The 12th ranked player in the world has had two top-four finishes in his previous three starts at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open and will be looking to improve on those results come Sunday.
Scottie Scheffler
Scottie Scheffler has been knocking on the door for his first maiden for a while now, and after his magnificent performance at the recent Ryder Cup, he will be full of confidence.
Scheffler has four top-ten finishes in his last eight starts. He was cut from the field at this event last year. However, could this be when he claims his first victory on the PGA Tour?
Webb Simpson
Webb Simpson comes into the tournament with one top ten and three top twenty finishes in his last six starts.
The 2014 winner of this event also has four top finishes in ten outings around the TPC Summerlin golf course.
Simpson's last four starts at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open have yielded three top twenty finishes and one top ten.
Kevin Na
Kevin Na has an impressive record at this event. Having claimed victories in 2011 and 2019, he also finished runner-up in 2016. and has had three top-ten finishes.
Na recently missed the cut at the Fortinet Championship. However, he has finished T2, T23, T2, T8, T17, and 3 in his last six tournament starts. Na loves this golf course.
Louis Oosthuizen
Louis Oosthuizen has had an incredible year. He has finished runner-up four times in the last ten golf tournaments he has played in, including twice in the Majors. The 8th ranked player in the world is long overdue for a win.
Brian Harman
Brian Harman is an excellent long-shot bet for this weekend. He has finished in the top twenty in three of the four majors this year.
Additionally, he has also had five top-ten finishes, Harman has decent form at this tournament, placing 15th, 18th and 13th in his last three visits to TPC Summerlin.
Verdict
Ancer and Oosthuizen are all backable each-way bets this weekend, with Harman being a worthy long-shot value bet.
