The Pumas kicked off their Super Rugby Unlocked season with a 53-31 loss to the Cheetahs away in Bloemfontein.

That defeat was quickly followed by a fine 27-21 away win at the Griquas. Last weekend, the Pumas led 37-19 towards the end of the match, but somehow managed to end up on the wrong end of the scoreline at home against the Stormers.

The 42-37 scoreline is far from the actual story, as the Pumas were excellent for large chunks of the clash.

The Sharks have been hit and miss so far in Super Rugby Unlocked.
