Brentford vs Man United

Brentford’s press at the Gtech can rattle anyone, but United’s front line has been finding moments even when performances are patchy. Set-pieces look key for the Bees, but counter-attacks should seal the match for United, who should edge this tight clash.

Chelsea vs Brighton

Chelsea’s possession play has sharpened at Stamford Bridge, while Brighton still create in bunches but remain vulnerable if pressed into errors. Chelsea's wing play could make the difference in a super-tight match that Chelsea are likely to snaffle by a single goal.

Crystal Palace vs Liverpool

Palace are stubborn at Selhurst and dangerous on the counter-attack, especially as Liverpool tire under their heavy workload and the pressure to keep winning. Palace are a good bet to net first, but if the visitors finish at their usual clip they will nick it… but this will their usual patience to wait for that late chance.

Leeds vs Bournemouth

Elland Road energy plus Leeds’ vertical play promises a frenetic start to this match. Bournemouth’s wide rotations can expose space but also leave gaps for Leeds runners to exploit. This feels like a swingy game with goals, with a slight leaning towards a Leeds win.

Man City vs Burnley

City’s territorial squeeze at the Etihad is relentless; Burnley will try to play but could be penned in. Expect City’s Giant No. 9 to feast on box service and second balls. Comfortable home win.

Nottingham Forest vs Sunderland

Forest’s direct threat at the City Ground matches up with Sunderland’s tidy build-up. If Forest dominate set-pieces, that tilts it. Forest to edge the match to nab the three points in what could be a one-goal game.

Spurs vs Wolves

Spurs’ tempo and overloads should test Wolves’ compact midfield. If Spurs’ creators find pockets between the lines then chances will come their way. Wolves remain dangerous in transition, but Tottenham by one is the call.
