Liverpool vs Chelsea

Chelsea have lost their last five League matches on the bounce, scoring just one goal. Liverpool have also struggled recently with a stretch of four defeats in five matches, but they won three Premier League matches on the bounce before losing 3-2 away to Man United in their last match.

At home Liverpool have won seven of their last 10 matches, including four clean sheets, so they look like they have the muscle to beat a Chelsea side with three away defeats on the bounce coming into this match. Chelsea have also failed to score in their last two away matches, so I can see a Liverpool win to nil

Brighton vs Wolves

Bottom-of-the-table Wolves’ relegation fate is sealed, but Brighton are within touching distance of a European place. Wolves have just two points from their last five matches, while Brighton have picked up 10 points from their last five.

Brighton have won three of their last four matches at homes, losing only to Arsenal (1-0) but beating Liverpool (2-1) and Chelsea (3-0) in their last two matches, so they should be far too hot for Wolves. The visitors have picked up just one point from their last four matches, failing to score in all three defeats. Win to Nil in my book.

Fulham vs Bournemouth

Bournemouth could sneak a Champions League spot if they win their last three matches and other results go their way. Fulham could scrape a spot in Europe with a couple of wins, so this should be a healthy scrap with lots of goals.

Fulham have lost two of their last four matches (against Arsenal and Liverpool) and have failed to score in three of those matches. Bournemouth have scored two-plus goals in each of their last five outings and have been strong on the road.

Fulham have six wins in their last nine home matches, so this is a scrap between two sides playing good football who want a win, so I can see goals loading at Craven Cottage.

Manchester City vs Brentford

Brentford are clinging to the last European space but their form is wanting. They have scratched together just one victory in their last five matches and face a City side gunning for the title and needing to win every match.

City have won 19 of their last 25 home matches, losing only twice (Bayer Leverkusen and Real Madrid). Their last three matches at home included a 4-0 win over Liverpool and a 2-1 win over Arsenal.

Brentford have just two points and three goals from their last four matches on the road, so look out for a hammering for the visitors as City look to boost their goal difference as they bid to overtake Arsenal.
