This is Guinea’s final group game at CHAN and they require a victory to give themselves a chance to qualify. They are currently fourth in Group C with two defeats and a win in three matches.

Guinea won their opening game of the tournament, defeating Niger 1-0 before going down 3-0 to Uganda. Last time out, Guinea lost 2-1 to South Africa.

South Africa took the lead in the 10th minute, but Moussa Moise Camara leveled the game back up on 37 minutes. South Africa, however, regained the lead in the 54th minute and Guinea, despite dominating possession throughout, couldn’t find another equaliser.
