Casric Stars have a star in Kermit Erasmus, the former Cape Town player with plenty of PSL experience. While the forward has aged, he still possesses plenty of quality and is surely one to watch.

Cape Town City finished second from bottom on the PSL table this season, thus being forced into the playoffs. Technically, they were bottom but Royal AM were banned from the league so automatically finished 16th.

The concern for City will be their lack of goals all season. They only managed 15 goals in their 28 league games this season while conceding 31.

City also ended the season with a 0-0 draw against Stellenbosch and opened their PSL playoffs with a 0-0 draw against Orbit College, a very disappointing result for the topflight side.
