Analysts are forecasting a thrilling football match with PSG favored to win, though both teams are expected to score. Central to the prediction is Kylian Mbappé, who is tipped to find the net for PSG. At least three goals are anticipated given the attacking prowess on display. For bettors, these insights highlight PSG's edge, the likelihood of an open game, and Mbappé's strong form. Fans should expect an entertaining, goal-filled encounter.

PSG vs Arsenal Predictions - Champions League Final

PSG and Arsenal are both in great form, but I am backing the more attack-minded PSG side to defend the title they first won last season.
  • PSG have lost just one of their last 7 matches in all competitions.
  • PSG kept 4 clean sheets in that 7-match run.
  • PSG’s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is joint 3rd with 10 goals in the tournament this season.
  • PSG beat Arsenal in both semi-finals last season.
  • Arsenal are unbeaten in their last 7 matches in all competitions.
  • Arsenal have conceded just 2 goals in their last 7 matches.
  • Arsenal’s top scorer in the Champions League is Gabriel Martinelli (6 goals).
  • Arsenal have scored in 28 of their last 29 games in all competitions.

Head-to-Head

PSG have won two, lost three and drawn two of their seven matches against Arsenal. PSG won the last two meetings which were the back-to-back clashes in last season’s semi-final. PSG won the first match 1-0 away from home, picking up a 2-1 win at home to secure passage into the final where they claimed their first Champions League title.

PSG Form

PSG’s seven-match unbeaten run ended with a 2-1 defeat away from home to Paris FC, although the Ligue 1 champions had rested key players with the Champions League final in mind.

PSG conceded just nine goals in that eight-match stretch, with four of those goals coming in a 5-4 home win over Bayern Munich in the 1st leg of their Champions League semi-final clash.

Arsenal Form

Arsenal made it five wins in a row when they beat Crystal Palace 2-1 away from home in their final match of the Premier League season.

After winning just one match in six through April the Gunners bounced back to win six and draw one of their last seven matches.

PSG vs Arsenal Team News & Squads

Martin Odegaard is reportedly fit and ready to lead Arsenal in the hopes of clinching their first Champions League title, with Eberechi Eze likely to start on the bench.

Speaking at a press conference, PSG winger Bradley Barcola fired a warning shot to their opponents.

"We’re going to do everything we can to win it. We’re trying to build as much confidence as possible ahead of this final, and we’re going to work hard to make sure we’re ready,” said Barcola.

"I really think it’s our collective strength. The fact that we play together, attack together and defend together. We really play as a team, and that’s our greatest strength right now," added Barcola.

PSG squad: Lucas Chevalier, Matvey Safonov, Renato Marin, Achraf Hakimi, Lucas Beraldo, Marquinhos, Illia Zabarnyi, Lucas Hernandez, Nuno Mendes, Willian Pacho, Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha, Senny Mayulu, Dro Fernandez, Warren Zaire-Emery, Joao Neves, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Goncalo Ramos, Ousmane Dembele, Desire Doue, Lee Kang-In, Bradley Barcola, Quentin Ndjantou, Ibrahim Mbaye.

Arsenal squad: David Raya, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Tommy Setford, Cristhian Mosquera, Piero Hincapie, William Saliba, Riccardo Calafiori, Gabriel Magalhaes, Jurrien Timber, Marli Salmon, Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard, Martin Zubimendi, Eberechi Eze, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Mikel Merino, Christian Norgaard, Gabriel Jesus, Viktor Gyokeres, Noni Madueke, Leandro Trossard, Kai Havertz, Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, Max Dowman.

Verdict

I am backing PSG to win, with both sides to score. I am also backing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to score for PSG in a match that should see at least three goals.
