Defender Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu are also sidelined with long-term injuries.

Kai Havertz has scored twice and assisted once in his last two home games. 

Man City Form 


Man City have climbed back into the Premier League’s top four after sealing four wins from five. These victories have come during City’s six-match league unbeaten run.

Pep Guardiola’s side have lost just once in their previous nine in all competitions - a 4-2 defeat at PSG. The Citizens replied with a 3-1 home win against Chelsea on Saturday.

City also booked their spot in the Champions League play-offs with a 3-1 comeback victory against Club Brugge. Mateo Kovacic and Savinho struck after half time as City had 17 shots and 73% possession.

Defensive pair Nathan Ake and Rúben Diasare unavailable due to injury.

Midfielder Rodri and forward Jérémy Doku are also injured and will miss out.

Phil Foden is likely to start after scoring six and assisting two in seven appearances. 

Verdict

Arsenal have been difficult to beat at the Emirates this season and City are picking up form. A close contest is expected between these well-matched Premier League sides and a draw looks likely.
