South Africa have a good home record but were held to a 1-1 draw by Panama on Friday night. I am sticking with the hosts to win this one in front of a sellout crowd in Cape Town.

Hugo Broos is looking to find his best combinations ahead of the World Cup later this year and the 1-1 draw against Panama last Friday would surely have helped. However, the coach will also want to build some confidence and victory in Cape Town in this clash could prove crucial.

At home, Bafana Bafana are in good form, unbeaten in their last nine matches. They did have a disappointing AFCON tournament at the start of the year, but they will want to put that behind them.

After losing 2-1 in Cameroon in the last 16, South Africa had a long break before the 1-1 draw against Panama last week.

Panama had a superb World Cup qualifying campaign and that confidence could be seen against South Africa last Friday. Both sides will feel they could and perhaps should have won it, but in the end 1-1 is what they settled for.
