The two teams are in a basement battle, so both should throw everything at the chance of a win. Lecce’s last five games have gone D-W-D-L-L, while Fiorentina have struggled through three defeats, a win and a draw. Fiorentina did the double over Lecce last season, scoring 7:0 over the two matches, so I’m backing them for the win.

Pisa have yet to win a match in Serie A this season, while Torino have won two of their last three games. Torino have also beaten Pisa in their last three matches with a 6:0 score tally. Pisa have also scored just two goals in their last five matches, both coming in the unexpected 2-2 away draw with AC Milan, so I’m backing a Torino win with a blank sheet.

Parma have just one win all season along with four defeats, while Bologna have won four and drawn three of their matches. Bologna have gone W-W-W-D-D leading up to this match, while Parma have stuttered along with W-L-D-D-L, scoring just three times as well as leaving the goals undisturbed in three matches.

A top-of-the-table tussle sees 4th-placed Milan host 2nd-placed Roma. There have been plenty of goals in this fixture over the past few years, with Roma winning three matches, Milan one and with one match ending all square. There have been no clean sheets in these last five games, with 16 goals raining in, so this should be fun for the fans. Roma have won three and lost two of their last five games to Milan’s two wins and three draws. Hard to call, but after throwing the bones and closing my eyes I’m sensing a 3-3 draw… but I have been wrong before.
