Key Stats – Strong Home Form vs Poor Away Form

Golden Arrows have won their last 2 matches.
Golden Arrows have won 9 of their last 13 home matches.
Stellenbosch have lost 8 of their last 16 away matches (6 draws, 2 wins).
Stellenbosch have failed to score in 4 of their last 6 matches.

Head to Head – Stellenbosch Hold Big Lead

Stellenbosch hold a 6-2 advantage over Golden Arrows across 13 previous meetings with five draws.

Stellies won 4-3 at home when the clubs last met in November.

Golden Arrows Form – Signs of Life after Winless Slump

Arrows have won their last two matches. They had been on a five of just one point in their previous five league matches.

They lost their final two matches before the mid-season break. Arrows resumed with a 1-0 loss at Kazier Chiefs and a 2-2 draw at Richards Bay.

After smashing Orbit College 3-0 in the Nedbank Cup, they picked up a key league win. A 2-0 win at Magesi saw top scorer Sede Dion net a brace in the second half.

Two Wins in Nine – Stellies in Relegation Dogfight

Stellies have won just two of their last nine matches. They sit just two points above the relegation zone in the PSL table.

New coach Gavin Hunt oversaw a 1-0 win at Sekhukhune United in his first match in charge. After successive CAF Confederations Cup defeats, his side beat Kaizer Chiefs 2-1 at home in the Nedbank Cup.

After losing 3-0 at Otoho d’Oyo and drawing 0-0 at home to Singida Black Stars, Stellenbosch returned to league action. In midweek, they could only draw 1-1 at home to Magesi.

Predicted Lineups & Team News
