The Rockets scored in extra time to beat Marumo Gallants 1-0 in the Nedbank Cup round of 32. Last Friday, they lost 2-0 away to Durban City in the league after two second half goals.

Sundowns have won just five of their last ten fixtures across all competitions. They’ve reached the CAF Champions League quarter-finals and closed the gap to the PSL summit in midweek.

A 2-0 at Sekhukhune United was followed by a shock 2-1 defeat away to Al-Hilal. A 2-1 home win over Gomora United in the Nedbank Cup was followed by drawing 1-1 in Congo vs St Eloi Lupopo.

Sundowns got two huge results this week, firstly beating MC Alger 2-0 in a must-win CAF match. On Wednesday, they won 2-1 away at Orlando Pirates to move three points off the log leaders.

TS Galaxy (4-2-3-1): Tape; Fisher, Mahlangu, Salatiel, Letsoenyo; Mgaga, Mbunjana; Mahlambi, Keita, Zindoga; Letsoalo. 

TS Galaxy lost their two best players in January in Khulumani Ndamane and Puso Dithejane. 

Mpho Mvelase has been absent with an injury. The workhorse attacking midfielder has been a real loss to TS Galaxy.

Coach Miguel Cardoso is expected to change almost his entire starting XI. Arthur Sales is injured in attack but Bathusi Aubaas is available after suspension.

Defenders Zuko Mdunyelwa, Keanu Cupido and Mothobi Mvala are all out injured.
