This is a key fixture for both sides after losing their opening games. I am leaning towards the hosts, APR to get the three points.

It was a disappointing start to the Kagame Cup for CF GR/SIAF, who suffered a 3-0 defeat to Vipers of Uganda in their opening Group A fixture. They were second best throughout the clash and could only manage a single attempt on target.

That result extends a recent poor run for CF GR/SIAF, who are now winless in five of their last six matches in all competitions. The club from Djibouti have been beaten four times in this run.

Among the many issues for CF GR/SIAF is a lack of cutting edge in attack, which was evident in the opening fixture, where they had just one attempt on target. They have also failed to score in their last five matches in all competitions.

APR Form

APR also suffered a humiliating defeat in their opening fixture, falling 5-0 to Kenya's Gor Mahia. They had several attempts on goal but were let down by poor finishing while also looking vulnerable at the back.

It is now a straightforward task for APR in their second fixture as a win puts them right back in the mix for qualification. They will be confident of bouncing back and will be keen to make it count on home soil.

The good news for APR is that their overall form has been decent lately, having gone unbeaten in eight of their last 10 matches in all competitions. The Rwandans have also won five of the last seven fixtures in this run.

CF GR/SIAF (4-2-3-1): Liban Mohamed Said; Aboubaker Liban Abdi, Mustapha Abdi, Mohamed Liban, Kanedid Daher Idris; Moussa Warsama, Ibrahim Said Idris; Sadik Aden, Hassan Mohamed, Mahad Abdi, Enoch Abuu.

Abdi is set to continue at the back for CF GR/SIAF alongside Mohamed Liban. Warsama should earn a start in midfield while Abuu is expected to feature in attack.

APR (4-3-3): Ernan Siluane; Hakim Bugingo, Alexis Nduwayo, Madou Zon, Fitina Omborenga; Pacifique Ngabonziza, Dauda Yussif Seidu, Mamadou Toure; Hadji Iraguha, Hakim Kiwanuka, Djibril Ouattara.

APR came away from the opening game with no injuries or suspensions. Zon and Nduwayo should partner in central defence once again, while Ouattara is expected to feature in attack.
