Four Betway Premiership clubs have changed their head coach in recent weeks. Below are the four announcements over who has taken the reins for next season.
Sekhukhune United
Sekhukhune United’s new head coach ahead of the 2026/27 season has been announced.
Former Kaizer Chiefs co-coach Cedric Kaze will take over from Eric Tinkler. Paulus Masehe took the reins on a caretaker basis after Tinkler's sacking.
The Burundian tactician finished third last season with Chiefs.
Golden Arrows
PSL side Golden Arrows finished sixth last season, but did not renew the contract of coach Manqoba Mngqithi.
They have appointed 2026 Nedbank Cup-winning coach Pitso Dladla as their new head coach after his departure from Durban City.
Marumo Gallants
Marumo Gallants have announced the appointment of Phuti Mohafe from Polokwane City as their new head coach.
Mohafe twice finished in the top eight as head coach of Polokwane.
Durban City
The reigning Nedbank Cup winner has announced former Kaizer Chiefs co-coach Khalil Ben Youssef as a replacement for the departing Pitso Dladla.
The Tunisian was initially an assistant coach at Chiefs before being elevated to co-coach after the departure of countryman Nasreddine Nabi,
