Titans vs KZN Inland CSA One-Day Challenge Predictions - Titans set to demolish struggling KZN Inland

Editor
Last updated: 12 Mar 2026

The Titans appear strong with two wins in their last three matches, their sole loss being in a rain-affected game against the Dolphins. In contrast, KZN Inland has struggled this season with significant defeats and a no-result sparing them from the bottom of the table. Titans' players like Lhuan-dre Pretorius and Dayyaan Galiem have shown exceptional form, making the Titans the likely victors in their upcoming encounter. Players to watch include Malcolm Nofal for KZN and Pretorius for the Titans.

Titans vs KZN Inland Predictions

The Titans are looking  strong with two wins from three, their one loss coming in a rain-reduced shootout against the Dolphins. KZN Inland don’t look like offering much resistance this season after two big defeats, with only a no-result saving them from bottom spot on the table.

  • Titans’ Lhuan-dre Pretorius hit 15 boundaries in his 74-ball 101 against Boland.
  • Titans’ Rivaldo Moonsamy has scored 90, 22 & 33 in his last 4 innings.
  • KZN Inland’s Malcolm Nofal scored 66 off 86 balls against North West.
  • KZN Inland’s Matthew Urquhart has scored 22, 98, 29 & 33 in his last 5 innings.

Head-to-Head

The Titans won their only previous 50-over meeting against KZN-Inland by 57 runs in 2023.

Titans Form

The Titans bowled Western Province out for 220 in 44.3 overs to set up what should have been a comfortable win. They ended up clinching the match by two wickets in their third close finish of the season.

The Titans opening pair have made good starts in two of their three matches (28 and 60), failing only in the 20-over shootout against the Dolphins, so I’m backing them to score above 25 before losing their first wicket.

Lhuan-dre Pretorius is playing to his List A average of 46.95, starting the season with a blistering 101 against Boland off just 74 balls. Keegan Petersen has looked good value this campaign, scoring 30, 18 and 71 in his three CSA One-Day Cup knocks.

Duan Jansen has been a driving force for the Titans scoring 24, 23* and 45* in his last three knocks. He has also taken 2/19, 3/54 and 3/45 in the Titans’ three matches in the One-Day Cup.

Dayyaan Galiem has starred with the ball, taking 2/27, 2/40 and 3/51 in the Titans’ three matches. Galiem has also weighed in with useful runs, scoring 91*, 56*, 28 and 20 in his last five knocks.

KZN Inland Form

KZN Inland lost their first two matches in the series by 72 runs and 43 runs. They were on track for a defeat by the Dolphins when rain ended their last match.

Wayne Parnell has been contributing to his side with bat and ball in the One-Day Cup, scoring 36, 32 and 27 and taking 2/10 and 1/13 in his three matches.

KZN-Inland’s bowlers haven’t broken their opponents’ opening stands cheaply in their two completed matches, conceding 39 and 58 before making the first breakthrough against North West and Boland.

Daryn Dupavillon knocked over half of North West’s top six batters in taking 3/52 off his 9 overs. Hardus Viljoen has figures of  3/24, 1/42 and 2/48 in his last five whiteball matches.
