The Kimberley outfit won their final three matches of the regular season to ensure themselves of a third place finish. They beat the Cheetahs 46-18 before seeing off Western Province 43-41. A 45-44 win at the Pumas in a crucial fixture saw them take third.
Last week Griquas upset the odds with a superb second half display. They were down at the break but came back to beat the Bulls 30-19 at Loftus, a result not many would have foreseen.

Griquas have been consistent this season in selection. They will show faith in the players that got them to this point.
Pumas Form
Pumas just made it to the semi-final with a fourth placed finish. They won five of their 12 fixtures but came into the knockout phase in good form.
A massive 29-28 win at the Cheetahs in their second to last match was the crucial win, the same place they have to travel to for the semi-final. They lost their final round robin match 45-44 to their opponents in the final but crucially got two bonus points.
Last week in the semi-final the Cheetahs looked to be cruising to the final. However the Pumas fought back in the final five minutes to score two converted tries to clinch the match 38-35.
