Lesotho are second from bottom of the Group C table in their FIFA World Cup qualifiers. They have lost two, drawn three and won one of their six matches to date.

With four points, Lesotho are not completely out of the race for second place as they are just four points off Rwanda. However, they will have to get some good results in their last four games.

Lesotho last featured in the COSAFA Cup back in June where they failed to make it beyond the group stage. They beat Malawi 1-0 but lost 4-0 and 3-0 to Angola and Namibia.

South Africa Form

South Africa have not qualified for the FIFA World Cup since hosting it in 2010. They are on track to qualify this time around, currently topping Group C with 13 points and four wins from six games.

There are four games left to be played in this group stage, and Bafana Bafana have a five-point buffer. Victory here would ensure they at the very least retain that lead going into the final three matches.

South Africa played second-string sides in the COSAFA Cup and CHAN tournaments this year, so discounting those results, they are in fine form. In two recent friendless, they drew with Tanzania and beat Mozambique 2-0. In March, their last World Cup qualifiers, Bafana Bafana defeated Lesotho and Benin 2-0.
