Peter Shalulile leads the pack with 134 goals, followed closely by active players Bradley Grobler (130) and Iqraam Rayners (83), with the latter quickly rising in the ranks. The list acknowledges goals scored across all competitions, showcasing the consistent excellence of PSL’s best forwards and underlining the ongoing pursuit of records by the league's current stars.

The Premier Soccer League has produced some of South Africa’s greatest-ever goalscorers. This ranking covers players who were playing in the South African top flight at the time of their goals and counts all competitions, including league and cup matches.

1. Peter Shalulile - 134 goals

 Peter Shalulile sits at the summit with 134 goals, having established himself as one of the most prolific forwards of the modern PSL era. His consistency in front of goal has seen him build a sizeable advantage over the rest of the chasing pack as he scored constantly for Highlands Park and Mamelodi Sundowns.

2. Bradley Grobler - 130 goals

Bradley Grobler remains within touching distance of the record after scoring for Stellenbosch in his side’s most recent game, taking his career total to 130.  The veteran striker is one of only two active PSL players in this top-13 list.

3. Siyabonga Nomvethe - 129 goals

Siyabonga Nomvethe’s 129 goals underline the extraordinary longevity of a career that saw him score consistently across multiple generations of South African football. He also played in Italy and other foreign leagues and was top scorer for Moroka Swallows towards the end of his career.

4. Daniel Mudau - 110 goals

6. Manuel Bucuane - 104 goals

Manuel Bucuane, better known as Tico-Tico, reached 104 goals during a distinguished career in South African football. 

7. Collins Mbesuma - 103 goals

Collins Mbesuma became one of the most feared strikers in the country, producing remarkable scoring numbers for Kaizer Chiefs.

8. Khama Billiat - 97 goals

9. Wilfred Mugeyi - 91 goals

10. Lehlohonolo Majoro - 91 goals

11. Katlego Mashego - 88 goals

12. Bernard Parker - 86 goals

13. Iqraam Rayners - 83 goals

Iqraam Rayners has surged into this elite group remarkably quickly and remains the other active PSL player alongside Grobler on the list. 

He continued his scoring form for Mamelodi Sundowns during the current season, scoring against Milford FC. Wth his career still ongoing, he has an opportunity to climb several places.
