Pirates hope to finally have attacker Thembinkosi Lorch available after injury for this match. First choice goalkeeper Richard Ofori is rumoured to be back from injury but defender Happy Jele remains absent.
Pirates have a host of doubtful players all hoping to be fit to return including striker Tshegofatso Mabasa and winger Terrence Dzvukamanja. This match will come too soon for striker Zakhele Lepasa.
Raja Casablanca Form
Raja sit second in the Botola Pro League, one point behind fierce rivals Wydad Casablanca having played a match more. They reached this stage having topped their CAF Confederations Cup group with six wins and 13 goals scored in their six matches without a goal conceded.
After beating Nkana 2-0 in their final CAF group match, Raja drew 1-1 at Renaissance Zemamra. A cup exit at FAR Rabat on penalties followed before beating Maghreb Fès 1-0 as Ben Malango scored.
In their most recent match, Raja could only draw 1-1 at home with FUS Rabat.

Raja have a couple of injuries to deal with for this match. In defence, both Sanad Al Warfali and Mohamed Souboul are doubtful.
Abdelilah Hafidi should return from a knock to play in midfield but Abderrahim Achchakir has a back injury and is likely to miss this match.
