The Seagulls beat Chelsea 3-0, Southampton 4-0 and Bournemouth 2-1. Those results were followed by a 1-1 FA Cup draw at Newcastle, which Brighton eventually won 2-1 in extra time.

Fabian Hürzeler’s outfit extended their unbeaten run to six matches in all competitions with a 2-1 win against Fulham. Jan Paul van Hecke cancelled out Fulham’s opener and Joao Pedro scored a 97th-minute winner.

Defenders Igor Julio, Ferdi Kadioglu, Joël Veltman and Lewis Dunk are ruled out due to injury.

Midfielder James Milner and goalkeeper Jason Steele are also injured and won’t feature.
