England vs India 5th T20I Predictions - England to maintain their dominance over India
England have taken a commanding lead over India in the current T20I series, winning three consecutive matches with strong showings from Phil Salt, Harry Brook, and bowler Josh Tongue. India continue to struggle despite notable performances from Shreyas Iyer and Arshdeep Singh, facing their second series defeat in as many weeks. England are favored to complete a 4-0 sweep in the final match, thanks to their consistent batting and bowling depth. Good weather is set for the thriller, with India hoping to salvage pride.
- England have secured a 3-0 series lead with three convincing victories.
- India have lost their last five T20Is in a row after being crowned world champions.

England vs India Predictions
England have held the upper hand over the touring Indian side and look a good option to back to go 4-0 ahead, but the Indian side has some powerful hitters and dangerous bowlers and they are bound to hit their groove soon. I’m just not going to back them personally just yet with England in such good form.

Head-to-Head
England have won three and lost one of their last five T20Is against India, including the last three on the bounce. The other match was rained out.
England Form
England secured the series by winning their third match on the bounce against India with 37 balls to spare.
Josh Tongue was again in the wickets, taking 2/36 as India battled their way to 158/7 off their 20 overs. Jofra Archer was the star of the innings with the ball, picking up 2/20 and going for just 5.00 runs to the over on the back of figures of 3/29 in the 3rd ODI.
Phil Salt (59* off 42) and Harry Brook (79* off 35) added 146 for the second wicket to power England to a nine-wicket win off 13.5 overs. Brook hit eight fours and four sixes in his swashbuckling innings.
India Form
India succumbed to their second T20I series defeat in a fortnight on their tour of the UK when they suffered another big loss to England, going down in the 4th T20I by nine wickets.
Shreyas Iyer (80 off 49, five sixes) and Shivam Dube (22 off 23) rescued India from 48/3 with a 53-run stand for the fourth wicket. The middle-order failed to fire as India struggled to a score 158/7 off their 20 overs.
Prasidh Krishna (0/26, econ 8.66) was the only Indian bowler to go for under 9.3 runs to the over, while Arshdeep Singh (1/41) was again India’s most successful wicket-taker.
Team news
We’re in for perfect weather for the final match of their T20I series as India look for a morale-boosting win to avoid a 4-0 series defeat. Harshit Rana and Varun Chakravarthy are likely to remain sidelined with their hamstring injuries.
