Hampshire to stay alive for the playoffs by punishing Sussex.
Glamorgan to lose big again to Worcestershire.
Warwickshire to take a pounding from in-form Lancashire.
Plenty of runs on the cards as Durham slug it out with Essex.

Sussex vs Hampshire

Sussex have had a stinker of a One-Day Cup campaign, losing five of their six matches. Hampshire are far from in Hero Mode, with three wins and three defeats in six, but they have won two of their last three matches to stay in contention for the playoffs.

Toby Albert hit 89 and 46 in his last two knocks after scraping 26 runs in his previous three innings, while Nick Gubbins scored 34, 57 and 53 before two single-figure scores. The best bet must be Jake Lehmann (son of former Aussie batter Darren) who has been consistent with the bat, scoring 48, 27, 60 and 68 in his last four turns at bat.

Glamorgan vs Worcestershire

There’s a massive win loading for Worcestershire, who have won four of their six One-Day Cup matches, while Glamorgan have gone down six times in their seven matches.

Kashif Ali has been in form with the bat for Worcestershire, scoring 65, 51 & 73 in his last five digs, but who could ignore Jake Libby, who scored 25 and 12 at the end of July before a hat-trick of centuries, all the same score! He hit 109* off Middlesex, 109 against Essex and 109* against Sussex.

Warwickshire vs Lancashire

Lancashire are in a brutal battle for a playoff spot and need a win to keep themselves at the top of the line for that second spot, while Warwickshire are just playing out time with no hope of a playoff spot. Lancashire have four wins in five and should roll Warwickshire with ease.

Josh Bohannon has been consistent at the top of the order (42, 47, 43 & 42), but South African-born Keaton Jennings is the man in form, racking up scores of 135, 31, 37, 40 and 67 in his last five knocks.

Durham vs Essex

Durham could go level on points with the leaders if they beat Essex, but the visitors have plenty of motivation as a win would keep them firmly in the playoff race. Essex are on a two-match winning streak while Durham lost to Middlesex in their last match, so this looks like an even race.

The Essex opening pair of Noah Thain (40, 102, 109, 75 & 76) and Dale Benkenstein’s son Luc (23, 27 & 140) have been in sparkling form for the visitors, so backing either batter looks a strong choice. For Durham, opener Alex Lees had two tons (132 & 103) in his last four knocks and is also looking strong to be among the runs.
