PSL Predictions for 5 May 2026

The Premier Soccer League is fast coming towards a close with most teams only having four games to play. It is tight throughout which should make for a superb few weeks of action. The title is still very much on the line, as is relegation and the race to finish in the top eight.

PSL Predictions for 5 May 2026
Magesi vs Orbit College
Chippa United vs Sekhukhune United
Stellenbosch FC vs Orlando Pirates
Siwelele vs Durban City

Below we take a look at the four Premier Soccer League fixtures taking place on Tuesday, 5 May 2026. We have used Sportingbet for the odds below.

Magesi vs Orbit College

Magesi have won two of their last three at home while Orbit College continue to struggle in their debut PSL campaign at the bottom of the table. Given recent form, Magesi offer good value with Orbit losing 11 of their last 16.

Tip: Magesi Win to Nil

Chippa United vs Sekhukhune United

These sides may be at the opposite ends of the table, but they have both only managed one win in their last six PSL games. They drew earlier this season, and I foresee a similar result this time around.

Tip: Draw

Stellenbosch FC vs Orlando Pirates

Pirates are certainly the form side with 15 victories in their last 21 games and 13 clean sheets in their last 20 fixtures. Stellenbosch have improved on late, but the title chasing Pirates will be desperate for all three points.

Tip: Pirates Win to Nil

Siwelele vs Durban City

Durban City are having a fantastic debut PSL campaign, but they have lost three of their last four in the PSL. Despite coming off a Nedbank Cup final win at the weekend, I am backing Siwelele to take all three points after winning three of their last five at home.

Tip: Siwelele Win
