Last updated: 1 hour ago

The Trinbago Knight Riders are strongly positioned as favourites in the upcoming cricket clash, with Reeza Hendricks being the top batting pick for the Jamaica Kingsmen. Colin Munro is also showing impressive form with the bat, while Sunil Narine and Andre Russell are pivotal for taking wickets. The recommendation is to back these key players due to their recent performances, as they are likely to have a significant impact on the match's outcome.

Jamaica Kingsmen Form

After starting their first season in the Caribbean Premier League with two last-ball defeats the Kingsmen collapsed to a big loss to a powerful Guyana Amazon Warriors wide, losing by six wickets with 35 balls remaining.

Reeza Hendricks (40 off 32) got the side off to a good start despite wickets tumbling around him. Skipper Rovman Powell added 24 off 17 balls but with none of their team-mates reaching 20 they were rolled for 117 with two balls to spare.

Jediah Blades (1/20) and Andre Russell (2/12) pulled the Warriors back to 45/3 after six overs, but it was not enough to deny the Warriors a comfortable win.

Trinbago Knight Riders Form

The Knight Riders kicked off the defence of their title with a storming eight-wicket win over the Patriots.

Sunil Narine starred with the ball, returning figures of 3/7 as the Knight Riders put the squeeze on the Patriots, restricting them to 109/9 off their 20 overs. Dominic Drakes (2/20) and Terrance Hinds (3/33) were also superb with the ball.

The Knight Riders slipped to 34/2 as rain interrupted their innings, but Matthew Breetzke scored an undefeated 35 off 35 balls to lift his side to 94/2 before rain ended the match with the Knight Riders well ahead of the DLS curve.
