Brighton vs Brentford

Brighton are flying after picking up four wins from their last five league matches, including a 1-0 win over Manchester City. Brentford have been difficult to beat, losing only once in their last five, but Brighton's attacking form makes them strong favourites.

The hosts are priced around 1.92 which looks attractive considering their recent performances. Brentford could make things interesting but I'm backing Brighton to scoop up another three points.

Crystal Palace vs Liverpool

Liverpool have won three of their last five league matches but suffered a setback against Arsenal last weekend. Palace have lost three of their last four matches which has left them languishing near the foot of the table.

Liverpool are strong favourites at around 1.59, but that's a little short for my liking, particularly away from home. With Palace struggling defensively I'd rather boost the odds by backing Liverpool to win in a match featuring at least two goals.

Sunderland vs Chelsea

Sunderland have endured a miserable run after collecting just one point from their last five matches in the Premier League. Chelsea have won three of their last five and arrive following an impressive 2-0 victory over Manchester United.

Chelsea are trading around even money which looks generous against opponents who have lost four of their last five. Sunderland's home advantage is worth considering but I think Chelsea have enough quality to secure the points.

Manchester United vs Aston Villa

United have gone five league matches without a win which has tipped them and have tipped them into the relegation romp. Villa have been considerably more convincing recently, although their away form makes this a tricky contest.

United are surprisingly narrow favourites at around 2.17, with Villa available at roughly 3.10. Those prices make backing the visitors tempting but I'd rather have some protection against a draw. I'm backing Villa in the draw-no-bet market.
