After a five game losing streak, TTM brought in Dylan Kerr as their new coach. He oversaw the victory against SuperSport before a 1-0 home win against Maritzburg United with Mnyamane on target again.
In their last match, TTM beat Stellenbosch 1-0 at home with Thembisani Nevhulamba on target. That victory took TTM six points clear of the relegation places.
TTM Injuries & Team News
Attacking midfielders Thabo Rakhale and Mogokolodi Ngele featured from the bench in the last game after an injury and personal issues respectively. They boost attacking options in the absence of experienced new signing Tokelo Rantie.
TTM played their best available XI in the last round and should do the same for this match.
Swallows Form
Swallows beat Cape Umoya United 1-0 in the round of 16 to make it to this stage of the Nedbank Cup. Kamohelo Mahlatsi scored the goal.
In the PSL, Swallows sit in 3rd place in the table and are yet to lose a league game all season. Swallows have drawn six of their last seven league matches as 1-1 away draws against Mamelodi Sundowns and SuperSport United was followed by a 0-0 home draw with AmaZulu.
In their last match, Swallows drew 1-1 at Cape Town City despite having to play the final 24 minutes with ten men after Junaid Sait was sent off.
Swallows Injuries & Team News
Swallows will be without Junaid Sait at centre back after his red card against Cape Town City. There may be a little rotation for this cup match with Sifiso Hlanti starting at left back and Zaphaniah Mbokoma on the wing.

This should be a very tight affair. TTM have hit some great form under new management while Swallows have not lost a match since March 2020. I am backing this to go to extra time and perhaps even penalties.
